Reservation Deposit
After our confirmation of reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% via bank transfer. We will send you the bank details via email. Please provide the exact name and reservation date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 60 days before the arrival date are free of charge!
Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 30% of the total booking price.
Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 70% of the total booking price.
Later cancellations and changes, as well as early departures, will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
Note: These cancellation policies replace the right of withdrawal according to the European Union Consumer Directive.
